Hey Scout-
Sounds like everything is going well.  I'm nervous about starting
my own job.  I'm not nervous about the salary though.  Also, I'm
thinking about getting a car.  I'm going to ask Bella what she 
thinks, but I'll probably get something affordable yet dependable.
Any suggestions?  We had our first crew practice yesterday.  It's
going to be a long and demanding summer.  My hopes of getting to 
the city sometime are dimishing daily.  This is my expected schedule:
5:00 a.m. get up, get ready for work
5:45 a.m. catch the bus to Carson
6:30 a.m. arrive in Carson and wait around until 7:15 when I have
to be at the Dispatch
12:00 p.m. rush to catch the bus since I get off at 12 and it leaves
at 12:05
1:30 p.m. somehow get back in time for my first class.  Luckily, it's
with Finn. 
4:30 p.m. finally get out of class only to rush and change for crew
7:00 p.m. Shower then do homework.
10:00 p.m. Go to sleep and wait for it all to begin again.

I'm exhausted just thinking about it.  After this week, we'll have 
fewer practices.  Thank God.  I hope you make it back one weekend
when we have a meet.  It's late and I'm tired.
